Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced the new system, stating that it will ensure the "uninterrupted supply of the most advanced UAVs" to their soldiers. This system not only enhances delivery efficiency but also supports domestic manufacturers through advanced order placement, allowing them to scale production accordingly.

The new supply model leverages the DOT-Chain supply management system. Initially introduced in September as part of a digital transformation effort, this system aims to streamline the military supply process.

Ukraine has been proactively addressing the urgent need for drones. In January, the defense ministry allocated an additional $60 million monthly for drone procurement, empowering brigades to procure the necessary equipment directly.
